Photo Mission was created by Stephen Finkel who has had a passion for photography since his early childhood. Over the years he has noticed  how hard it is to get out and snap photos. By starting this business he hopes to improve the motivation and skill level in the Photography industry by helping beginners and photographers of all skill levels learn the concepts of photography. Our challenges and excursions are developed so people can share their skills and knowledge with other photographers and have a great time doing it.

About the Owner

I started taking photos at the age of seven, learning from my father in the darkroom at home. I learned a lot about photography by just giving it ago and experimenting. Photography has been a lifelong passion for me and I would like to encourage as many people as possible to try this fun and exciting hobby. For me personally, I never wanted to become a professional photographer, I take photos because I love to create and how something in a different way or show the beauty of a scene. We hope the Photo Mission Challenges and field trips will help fire your passion for photography.
